Annularis Angel (Pomacanthus annularis) is Brown overall with curved blue lines on body and portions of dorsal and anal fins and a blue ring above gill, the caudal fin is white with yellow margin. Not reef safe, annularis angelfish will pick on all corals, feather Dusters, and clam mantles. The Annularis Angel, Pomacanthus annularis grows up to 12 inches and should be housed in a tank of at least 70 gallons with plenty of places to hide & swim. The Annularis Angel is an omnivore and likes to feed on marine algae, mysid shrimp, Spirulina, Sponges and other fresh or frozen seafoods. The diet of al larger angels consists heavily of sponge material, so it is recommended to feed "Angel Formula" by: Ocean Nutition, which has a very high sponge percentage mixed in the food Level of care: The Annularis Angel, Juv. is a medium maintenance fish.
Compatibility Notes: Generally peaceful towards other tank mates, but may act aggressively towards other Angels. Annularis Angel, Juv. is commonly collected from the Indian Ocean.
